From ALFRED GREENWOOD, Esq., M.D., D.P.E., Medical Officer of Health for the County of Kent.
Sessions House,
Maidstone, Kent,
2nd May 1919.
I have great pleasure in expressing my favourable
opinion of the administrative ability, professional know-
ledge, and personal qualifications of Dr FRANCIS CLARK.
Dr Clark acted as Tuberculosis Officer on my staff for
the fourteen months ended July 1918, and during that time
proved himself an excellent clinician, thoroughly reliable,
and carried out his work with tact and zeal.
He has been responsible for the medical administration
of five tuberculosis dispensaries in Kent and for consulta-
tive work in a large area.
I have every confidence in recommending him for any
similar appointment.
(Signed)
ALFRED GREENWOOD.
